RedSuperstar aims to ensure that the RedSuperstar Website is as clean, safe, transparent and usable as possible for all users. Without limitation, RedSuperstar reserves the right to remove any Blog posts and or Listings that fall outside these General Posting Rules.
Advertisers are solely responsible for all information they submit using RedSuperstar’s Services and any consequences that may result from their Blog posts and or Listings. RedSuperstar reserves the right to refuse or delete any blog post and/or Listing content that RedSuperstar believes is inappropriate or breaches RedSuperstar’s Terms of Use. We also reserve the right to restrict a user’s usage of the RedSuperstar Website and other Services either temporarily or permanently, or to refuse a user’s registration in the case that such content is submitted to RedSuperstar.
Without limitation, the following Blog posts, Listings or any other content may deleted from the RedSuperstar Website without notice:
Please report potentially fraudulent Listings or any other content via the “Contact Us” located throughout the RedSuperstar Website, or contact us via hello@redsuperstar.com with the Listing or Blog post details and the reasons why it should be reviewed.
RedSuperstar reserves the right to remove any Listing or any other content that it feels is not relevant, or of value to the RedSuperstar community, with or without notice to the owner of the Listing or Blog post.
Where a user’s Listing or Blog post or any other content has been reported to RedSuperstar
Should a user’s Listing or Blog post or any other content be reported to RedSuperstar, the Listing or Blog post or content may be temporarily suspended until a review has been performed by us.
RedSuperstar endeavours to check reported Listings as promptly as possible. If RedSuperstar concludes that the post has not broken any General Posting Rules, Terms of Use or applicable laws, we may reactivate the Listing as promptly as reasonably possible. Please check back after a few hours to see if this is the case.
Where your Listing or Blog post or any other content has been removed by RedSuperstar’s moderation tools
RedSuperstar may remove any Listing or Blog post or any other content that has been identified by our automated tools as being inappropriate.
RedSuperstar may email the relevant user to let them know when we have removed their Listing or Blog post . In some cases, these emails are automatically directed to junk folders. It is the user’s responsibility to watch for RedSuperstar emails. Users may wish to add RedSuperstar to their safe senders list to prevent this from occurring.

Posting duplicate Listings on RedSuperstar
RedSuperstar may implement and enforce limits on how many Listings users can create on the RedSuperstar Website, which limits may be determined by reference to the Fees paid by the user and/or whether the user has registered for certain Subscription(s).
