Genuine, heartfelt stories.

Daniel, the dude behind the camera, is a storyteller who seeks to convey every love story in an authentic, unique and journalistic manner. Adopting a fly-on-the-wall style, the raw tender moments, candid laughters and heartfelt exchanges captured are what keeps him going in his pursuit of excellence.

Always up for a wanton mee fix, his happiest days typically involve incessant chattering of ideas and ideals, daydreams and sour cream. Daniel counts being able to percussively snap his fingers at hyper-speed and marrying Joy – the love of his life, as his greatest achievements to date.

My wife overheard me having a conversation on the phone with Hao Guang and she was like "Hey I know a Hao Guang!" It was indeed him. He was her senior in FASS and the kind of guy that everyone would look up to - intelligent, good at poetry and just so gentle and unassuming.

Eunice said that those were pretty much the things that attracted her to him at first because she loved literature very much herself too, but what really sealed it was the love they shared for God as they spent time with each other.

For a wedding where words mean so much to the couple, what was one of the most beautiful moments for me was just watching Eunice spend that moment with her parents without saying a word.

Thanks Hao Guang and Eunice for trusting me with this and putting up with all the trouble to get me onboard. I'm thankful to have been a witness to the many beautiful moments in your wedding and may your union be such a blessing to others and bring Heaven down to earth.

p.s. Special thanks to Jesse - thanks for having my back bro.

Just managed to get connected again but we would likely have missed your message coming in. Do drop us a message again if we haven't replied! ... See MoreSee Less

Over the many dinners and chats to conceptualise this video, the one thing stood out to me was how we all just came alive talking about food and cooking. I asked Dom to name his favourite wanton mee and in that same week I made a trip down to try it. It was awesome. In Dom's own words - "I know my local dishes".

One thing that Dom and Charm were very certain about was that their union was not by chance. In that, I saw their dogged persistence in working things out in their relationship and allowing others to speak into their lives, knowing that it would all be part of a grander plan.

Dom and Charm, thank you for your blind trust in me to tell your story, for the long chats we've had and for the enjoyable food journey during the course of filming. I know that you guys will be such a blessing to all those around you, and may you bear much fruit in all that you do :)
